
EC Evaluation of Its Suggestion on the Definition of Nanomaterial Contains Focused Stakeholder Session | Bergeson & Campbell, P.C.
In 2011, the European Fee (EC) adopted a Suggestion on the definition of a nanomaterial. The Suggestion invitations member states, European Union (EU) businesses, and financial operators to make use of the definition “within the adoption and implementation of laws and coverage and analysis programmes regarding merchandise of nanotechnologies.” The EC is now reviewing its Suggestion.
